Measured will host an evening panel discussion exploring the relationship between design and wellbeing, bringing together voices from architecture, interiors and landscape.

The evening will unfold as a moderated conversation with leading practitioners, examining how thoughtful design can shape restorative spaces and enhance our everyday experience in commercial and residential spaces.

Cassie Collins

With a background in leading multidisciplinary practices and over 20 years of experience in interior architecture, Cassie brings a considered approach to her work. As a Project Lead she guides projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design intent and heritage are thoughtfully integrated. Her work is grounded in creating spaces that are not only resolved and enduring, but that support how people experience, inhabit and feel within the built environment.

Myles Broad

Director

Eckersley Garden Architecture


Myles brings over 25 years of experience as a landscape designer for one of Australia’s oldest landscape design studios to the table. Beginning his career in landscape construction, he was mentored by renowned designer Rick Eckersley. Today, Myles and co-director Scott Leung continue this legacy, creating immersive, sensory gardens known for textural richness and organic layering. Myles brings a practical, hands-on approach to leadership, underpinned by deep horticultural knowledge and a strong artistic vision.

Ella Leoncio

Principal

Chamberlain Architecture and Interiors


Ella is a Melbourne based architect and principal who leads front end design with a passion about architecture’s capacity to support wellbeing, Ella explores how light, materiality, procession and spatial intimacy can foster restoration and connection. Her role in the design of Sense of Self, Melbourne’s inclusive inner city bathhouse, exemplifies this approach, translating a vision of community, acceptance and genuine restoration into a layered and immersive spatial experience. In our panel discussion, Ella brings insight into how interiors can shape environments that prioritise empathy, accessibility and collective wellbeing.

Ceci Thompson

Co-Founder

Measured

As a furniture designer and co-founder of Measured, Ceci is known for her thoughtful, practical approach to everyday objects. Her work focuses on creating pieces that feel balanced, functional, and enduring. Measured designs are considered and essential—never overstated, but quietly confident. Rather than drawing attention, they are made to sit comfortably within a space and reveal their quality over time. With a strong focus on form, proportion, and longevity, Ceci aims to create furniture that improves the experience of daily life in a subtle and lasting way.
