Warranty Commitment

Measured takes great pride in designing and engineering the products of the highest level of quality. We strive to exceed expectations of those who purchase our products for their homes and the professionals who select our products for their projects. Measured designs do not compromise on aesthetics, functionality and comfort and are made with the highest quality materials, parts and processes by experts

to ensure its pieces are a level above.

 

Measured warrants its products against failure due to defective materials or workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. Extended Warranty may be available on a per order basis. Email us at  info@measured.com.au with your request.


 

This Warranty applies exclusively to:

 

• The original owner/purchaser of the product.

 

• Structural and operational parts.

 

• Products with Tax Invoice or Receipt as proof of purchase.


 

This Warranty does not apply to:

 

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, pilling, loss or deterioration of the whole of the product or its Components.

 

• User abuse or omissions (including user modification) or excessive use.

 

• Changes in surface finishes and structure, including colourfastness due to ageing or exposure to UV, dramatic temperature variations or exposure to unusual conditions.

 

• Natural variations occurring in wood and leather. Measured does not guarantee the colourfastness of the colours, grain, textures or surface hardness of such materials.

 

• Damage caused by improper or abnormal use, cleaning, negligence, treatment, transportation (by a carrier other than Measured) or storage of the products.

 

• Products that have been damaged, altered or improperly assembled.

 

• Custom structures, parts, materials or finishes.

 

• Damages caused by an Act of God.


 

Replacements and Refunds for Warranty claims:

 

Claims must be communicated to Measured directly in writing via email to info@measured.com.au within the warranty period.

 

Measured reserves the right to decide whether a product or component should be repaired, replaced or refunded. Only the individual products or components with verified failures will be replaced or refunded. The Owner/Purchaser shall on request afford Measured the opportunity to examine the goods subject to complaint and to confirm they are defective. The Owner/Purchaser shall also afford Measured or its distributor the facilities and space required for this purpose.

 

Site visits, house calls and transport costs are charged to the purchaser at Measured rates. If we do accept a return under warranty, you agree to arrange return of the goods, at your cost and risk, to our nominated location. You must retain all original packaging and wrap the product in a secure manner so that it may be returned without damage. 

 

Products must be serviced by Measured authorised service personnel. Unauthorised servicing immediately renders any warranty null and void. Financial reimbursement will not be paid for any work carried out by an unauthorised third party. Parts used to repair a product under warranty are covered to the end date of the original warranty period only. Components replaced may vary in colour and texture to the original.

 

The express warranties contained herein are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranties of merchantability and fitness.
